Annual Meeting Information

Brighthouse will hold its Annual Meeting solely by means of remote communication via the internet (a “virtual meeting”). All stockholders as of April 14, 2025 (the “Record Date”) will be able to attend, vote and participate in the meeting by remote communication. For additional information about participating in the Annual Meeting, see “Attending the Annual Meeting" in the accompanying Proxy Statement.

We are sensitive to our stockholders’ health concerns and restrictions on travel and gatherings, and therefore have determined that it is advisable to hold our Annual Meeting as a virtual meeting. All stockholders as of April 11, 2022 (the “Record Date”) will be able to attend, vote and participate in the meeting by remote communication. For additional information about participating in the Annual Meeting, see “Attending the Annual Meeting" in the accompanying Proxy Statement.

We are sensitive to our stockholders’ health concerns and restrictions on travel and gatherings, and therefore have determined that it is advisable to hold our Annual Meeting as a virtual meeting. All stockholders as of April 13, 2021 (the “Record Date”) will be able to attend, vote and participate in the meeting by remote communication. Any person who was not a stockholder as of the Record Date may attend the Annual Meeting as an observer, but will not be able to vote or ask questions.
